Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Northwest

Stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Oklahoma City and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and well laid out, with plenty of space to actually relax instead of just existing between meetings or travel stops. The bed was comfortable, the room felt well maintained, and everything worked the way it’s supposed to. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was friendly and professional without being overbearing. This is the kind of place that makes travel easier. Comfortable, dependable, and no surprises. I’d definitely stay here again.

At night I was greeted and helped by Mr. Omar. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs. This was a last minute trip for us and we just about forgot everything: toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, razor, etc. If it wasn’t for Taysir we would still be without those things. He assured me that they could provide all these things for us complimentary. Both Omar and Taysir were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the hotel. Customer service 100 out of 10. Thank y’all so much. Definitely will come stay again.

This is a great little place to stay that is central. Very quiet and felt safe. I had to stay here for a few weeks during a home renovation. Only improvement could be adding some variety to the morning breakfast. It was a lot of pork and no gluten free options. Would highly recommend this location.

The hotel itself was fine for what we needed. The small kitchenette and the spacious room was perfect for my daughter and I. The proximity to everything for the USA All American games was great. The real gem of this hotel is the service and specifically, Taysir Aljumah! His service started a few days prior to our arrival when I wanted to downgrade my room since my wife and other daughter were not attending. He handled that seamlessly! Then when we arrived he was just hospitable and helped me with all my questions. I highly recommend this hotel and more importantly, Taysir! Great customer service!

I had such a great experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to the receptionist Mr.Taysir. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a genuine smile and made the check-in process feel effortless. They were patient, friendly, and answered all my questions without rushing. What really stood out was how attentive and welcoming they were—it’s the kind of service that makes you feel instantly comfortable and well taken care of. Truly excellent hospitality. I couldn’t have asked for a better first impression. Highly recommend!

Taysir was very helpful, had to change our reservations a couple of times due to medical procedure. The room was very nice and quiet. We feel safe here.

We stayed 4 weeks and had an amazing experience. Every single member of the staff was always courteous, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. The pool was kept sparkling and rooms were clean as well. We will definitely be returning.
